Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown due to limited breakfast options, but the well-maintained pool area made up for it. The price was reasonable, although I had to pay extra for Wi-Fi.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully updated, offering great comfort. Being dog-friendly was a major plus, although it might have led to more allergens on the dog floor. The service was exceptional, with the general manager responding promptly and going above and beyond to meet my needs. The staff was professional, friendly, and even welcomed my puppy with open arms. The location, while not culturally interesting, was convenient, well-decorated, and neat, with dedicated dog walking areas and plenty of free parking. The dining experience was phenomenal, though the premium lounge came at an extra cost. Overall, a great place with fantastic service and amenities.
The hotel at Westin Richmond offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although older and not as nice as other Westin properties, were clean and welcoming. The service was exemplary, especially Mia who went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. The location is convenient for a one-night stay or exploring the area and close to dining options and breweries. However, the dining experience had its shortcomings with limited offerings and the facilities were just average.
